Join Erica for a Metta Meditation & Yoga workshop.

In the Pali language, Metta means Loving Kindness or Friendliness. Metta Meditation is a powerful practice of offering energy to open the flow of love and compassion for self and others. Studies have shown that Metta meditation practice benefits physical, mental, and emotional health.

This workshop will include an introduction to Metta meditation, gentle slow flow yoga to nourish compassion and peace, seated loving kindness practice, and a final guided relaxation with loving kindness for the body.
