Deep Play for Kids (ages 6 - 10) with Lisa Sheehan will incorporate kid-appropriate yogic lessons: mindful awareness of emotions, quiet contemplation, sun salutations, breathing exercises, stillness & silliness, time to relax, creative thinking, and lots of fun!
