This program is a warm introduction to the vast world of somatics for self-care.. This 4-session program will offer a foundational overview of somatic practices for healing and self regulating your nervous system.
Somatic (body-based) practices can help build resilience and support overall well being.
You will learn tools for self-regulation and managing trauma and anxiety symptoms.
You will experience and practice Grounding, Centering, & Resourcing techniques.
Attend one or all and connect with others with similar curiosity and insights.
Classes Include some gentle somatic/yoga movement, breathwork and meditation.
Donation based. Suggested $25 per class or what you feel able to contribute
