Workshop will include:

• Brief discussion of the lymphatic system and connection to the immune system.

• Attention to the interconnection of yoga and the lymphatic system.

• Yoga practice specifically designed to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid.

• Take home (self care) lymphatic yoga practice.

Cost is $35.
