Pranayama in Sanskrit means both “air” and “life force”.
Learn, Practice, and Explore the impact of breathwork on the physical body and nervous system, to improve energy flow, and vitality.
This workshop will focus on practicing the technique, discovering the benefits and contraindications, as well as, incorporating the pranayama practices into your yoga practice and daily life.
Dana recommends you take this workshop prior to her upcoming Yoga for Mental Health workshop, as she will build on these pranayama techniques.
Tax is applied at time of purchase.
Sign-up deadline: 11/6, a minimum number of students is required.
Due to the nature of the breath-work and exercising an abundance of caution this workshop is only offered online via Zoom (you will be emailed the link and passcode on 11/8 at approximately 2:45pm.)
