Join Sheryl in this progressive, safe, and fun group and discover why feeling “inflexible” is a non-issue. We will focus on areas of strength and ability in your body you didn’t even know you had!

Once completed you will feel comfortable and confident moving into our next level classes

Sheryl Bassford Fatse is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra ®, Meditation Guide, and Holistic Therapeutic Mentor, who specializes in trauma and anxiety intervention.
