~ come learn about the gut-brain connection ~
Approx. 70% of the immune system is located in one's gut.
The balance of good/bad bacteria in your gut affects food cravings.
“Leaky gut” can be related to health issues beyond digestion, such as, anxiety, allergies, lyme, thyroid, joint pain, and more.
Food tiggers are often hidden and overtime can lead to chronic inflammation.
Simple tests can be performed to determine food sensitivities, gut bacteria dysbiosis, nutritional deficiencies, and the presence of toxins.
Our elimination habits provide valuable information about our digestive health.
