Relax and Breathe
This group acupuncture experience is a wonderful introduction to acupuncture and the benefits it has on the mind, body and spirit.
Arrive between 3-3:30pm for your brief intake process. Then relax to soothing music on a yoga mat or in a chair while ear needles are placed. You will be covered with a blanket and encouraged to relax, breathe or meditate during the experience. Needles are in place for about 30 minutes.
This treatment using ear needles will promote a general sense of relaxation, well being and peace.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a pillow, if you like. Yoga mats and blankets are available in our Yoga Studio.
Susan Lederfeind, L.Ac is a licenced acupuncturist, NCCAOM certified, and a licensed physical therapist. Her journey into alternative healing methods began over 25 years ago. Susan believes in our body’s innate wisdom and ability to heal. In addition to acupuncture, she uses cupping, essential oils, tui na (massage), and Chinese herbs as the various modalities in her practice to restore balance in the body, mind, and spirit. Susan’s practice specializes in chronic pain, women’s health, peri-menopausal changes, fertility, anxiety, stress reduction, insomnia, headaches, and digestive disorders.
